At Cleaning By Jess, we prioritize transparency and professionalism.

Payment can be made by:

Cash
Check (Payable to Cleaning By Jess)
Venmo (2.1% processing fee)
Credit, Debit, or ACH (2.9% + $0.30 processing fee)

When is my payment due?

Payment is due on the day your service is performed unless we've agreed otherwise in writing prior to service.

Late Payment Policy

After 7 days: a 10% late fee will be applied and will accrue weekly.
After 30 days past due: A Final Notice will be sent to you, services will be paused until payment is made, future services must be paid in advance.
After 45 days past due: The final balance, late fees included, may be sent to collections or client may be taken to court. In the event that payment is not made and legal action or collections are required, the client agrees to be responsible for all reasonable costs incurred to collect the outstanding balance, including but not limited to court costs, filing fees, attorney fees, and collection agency fees, to the extent permitted by law. \n
