Submit Your Information

Fill out the “Get an Estimate” form on our website.
Based on the information you provide, your consultation will be scheduled on your preferred day and time, when available.
You’ll receive a text message confirming the consultation date and time.

In-Home Consultation

During the consultation, a representative from Cleaning By Jess will walk through the home to assess the level of buildup and determine an estimated cost.
You will receive a text message with a quote reflecting the estimated cost. Final pricing may be higher or lower depending on the actual condition of the home at the time of service.

Approval & Policies

Once you approve the quote, you will:

Review and electronically sign our policies and procedures
Provide entry instructions if you will not be home
You will receive a text message with your scheduled service date and time.

Service Day

Our team arrives on the scheduled date and time and completes your cleaning.
