How do I prepare my laundry for pickup?

Fill the provided 20-gallon bag with your laundry, specify your preferences during intake, and leave it outside your door or designated location.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Hoisington and Great Bend. Preorders for nearby areas are available with a minimum of 10 clients signing up. Preorders are refundable if we do not reach the minimum number of clients within three months.

Can I request special care garments?

At this time, we do not accept special care garments. We will begin accepting them once our facility is fully renovated.

What if I need expedited service?

Expedited same-day turnaround is available for an additional fee of $10 per bag.

How often and when will you pick up my laundry?

We offer pickups daily, multiple times per week, once per week, biweekly, monthly, and as needed. You will have scheduled pickup days, our team will start picking up laundry at 8:30 AM.

How much does it cost?

The cost is $35 for the first bag and $30 for each subsequent bag during multi-bag pickups. Each bag has the capacity to hold approximately 2 loads of laundry, providing ample space to accommodate a week's worth of laundry for 1 to 2 adults.
